NumerologyChat is a dating app that allows users to connect based on numerology-based profiles. Users can ping others they are interested in, and if the other user replies, they can continue to chat. The app provides features such as user profiles, location-based matching, and video calls through Jitsi.
3. User Accounts
To use our Service, you must create an account by providing certain information, including your nickname, date of birth, country, state, gender, interests, and login credentials via Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use NumerologyChat. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

8. Subscription Services
NumerologyChat offers subscription services through Apple and Google. By subscribing, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth by these providers. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the subscription services provided by Apple or Google.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Siddhant Parashar and NumerologyChat will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party.
